Delete Your Account

You can delete your Prost account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app. No email, no phone call, no waiting on support.

Delete in the app

1. Open Prost and go to the Profile tab.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion.

What happens next

• Your account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for deletion.
• After a 30-day grace period, all personal data associated with your account, profile, sessions, photos, Recap cards, messages, stats, is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers, in accordance with GDPR Art. 17 (Right to Erasure).
• If you sign back in during the 30-day grace period, you can cancel the deletion and recover your account.

Delete some data, keep your account

You don't have to delete everything. In the app you can also:

• Delete individual photos, Recap cards, or entire sessions at any time.
• Clear your night data while keeping your account and username (Settings → data options).
• Revoke device permissions (location, camera, notifications) in your device settings.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app or your sign-in provider, email support@prosts.net from a way we can verify your identity, and we will process the deletion manually within 30 days.

Sign-in providers

Prost uses Sign in with Google on all platforms and Sign in with Apple on iOS. Deleting your Prost account removes our data; you may additionally want to revoke Prost's access in your Google account connections or, on iOS, your Apple account settings.
