Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 12 June 2026
This page sets out Prost's published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), how to report concerns, and how we enforce these standards.
1. An adults-only platform
Prost is designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. The app is built around nightlife culture and social drinking. Users must confirm they are 18 or older to create an account, and our Terms of Service prohibit use by anyone under 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, we terminate the account and delete its data without notice.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Prost and result in immediate account termination and, where required or appropriate, reporting to authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, real, drawn, or AI-generated
- Sexualisation of minors, or content presenting minors in a sexual context
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact or exploit minors
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to any of the above, on or off platform
3. How to report
Anyone, user or not, can report child safety concerns:
- In the app: open the user's profile or the content and tap Report. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
- By email: support@prosts.net, monitored by our team; child safety reports are prioritised ahead of all other reports.
You do not need an account to email us a report. Please include links, usernames, or screenshots where possible.
4. How we enforce
- Reports involving child safety are triaged with the highest priority.
- Confirmed CSAE content is removed immediately and the responsible account is permanently banned.
- We preserve evidence and report CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the German Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) and, via applicable reporting channels, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law.
- We cooperate with law enforcement requests made through lawful process.
5. Compliance with law
Prost complies with applicable child safety laws, including the EU Digital Services Act, German law (including the obligations applicable to online services under the Jugendschutzgesetz and StGB), and the reporting obligations of US law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) where applicable through our service providers.
6. Point of contact
Designated child safety contact: support@prosts.net
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police (112 / 110 in Germany) before contacting us.
